You will receive your order anywhere from 5 – 10 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not the date that the order is placed.

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to three business days to process your order.

An order that is system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delays in processing your order.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Delivery
UniqueItended work hard to meet each family member expectations however we are not liable for lost, stolen or damage products a tracking number will be sent when the order has shipped. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen and Route Shipping Insurance was purchased, please file a with USPS.com account

Informed Delivery

The person filing must have the original mailing receipt. Each claim must be filed within a certain time period and include proof of insurance, value, and damage.
Each mail service has a different filing period. The filing period is based on the mailing date on your receipt and whether your package arrived damaged.
Damaged or Missing Contents
If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date.
Lost Mail or Package
If your item does not arrive at all, file a claim in the time period for the service you used.

Returned Packages
If a package is returned to UniqueIntended due to wrong address, non-deliverable, or refused package customer is responsible for shipping to resend package.
Please notify our customer service team within 15 days after tracking states delivered regarding any questions on your order.
