RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. While we sincerely hope that you are always satisfied with your UniqueIntended purchase, we realize there are circumstance that you may need to return a product. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund.

Merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Please note once an order is placed, we cannot modify the order, only cancel, and issue a store credit.

Used items cannot be refunded/exchanged under any circumstances.

Gift cards are nonrefundable.
Refunds
When your return is in hand, we will be inspecting the return and process return if eligible. (See Returns)
A notification will be sent by us via email or phone call to notify you that we have received your returned item and if the return is eligible for refund.
If your refund is approved and processed, within fifthteen (15) business days, you will receive store credit for your purchase.
Please note, when a product is out of stock, we will issue an store credit for the total amount of product paid for.
If you do not receive your credit within two weeks of its approval, please email us at uniqueintended@gmail.com.

UniqueIntended monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. UniqueIntended customer associated with all refunds will be removed when the transaction is processed. All returns are subject to validation and approval at UniqueIntended.
